崗位職責： 1.熟悉和監(jiān)控電子煙或消費類電子產品，了解客戶的喜好； 2.帶領和督促跟單團隊增加銷量； 3.指導和制定采購策略以適應持續(xù)的業(yè)務需求； 4.與航運供應商進行持續(xù)溝通，協(xié)商并獲得有競爭力的價格； 5.與總經理辦公室和PMC部門保持定期和富有成效的溝通，以告知正在進行的問題； 6.熟悉月度工作總結，監(jiān)控訂單問題、庫存風險、財務風險、發(fā)貨問題、售后問題。 7.解決所有出現的持續(xù)問題，以滿足交貨日期并保持產品的完整性； 8. 發(fā)現問題并向下屬提出解決方案，以保持工作流程順暢； 9.擔任技術等職能部門與其他部門的聯絡人，確保相關溝通落實到日常工作中。 任職要求： 1.國際貿易與供應鏈管理專業(yè)； 2.電子煙或消費類電子產品經驗豐富； 3.有豐富的船代管控經驗； 4.中英文表達能力強； 5.優(yōu)秀的人際交往能力； 6.優(yōu)秀的團隊管理能力，培養(yǎng)下屬。 【Main Responsibilities】 1.Familiar and monitor E-cigarette or consumer Electronics, understand client’s preference; 2.Lead and supervise the merchandising team to increase sales volume; 3.Direct and develop sourcing strategy to accommodate ongoing business needs; 4.Conduct ongoing communication with shipping vendor to negotiate and achieve competitive pricing; 5.Maintain regular and productive communication with General Manager Office and PMC department to inform of ongoing issues; 6.Familiar to Monthly work summary, monitor order issues, stock risks, financial risks, shipping issues, after sales issues. 7.Resolve ongoing issues that are presented at all in order to meet delivery dates and maintain the integrity of the product; 8.Identify problems and advise resolution to subordinates to maintain smooth workflow; 9.Act as liaison between functional departments such as technical and other departments to ensure related communications are implemented into the daily routine. 【Requirements】 1.Major in International trade and Supply chain management; 2.Strong experience in E-cigarette Or Consumer Electronics; 3.Strong experience in shipping forwarder control; 4.Good on presentation both in Chinese and English; 5.Excellent interpersonal skills; 6.Excellent team management skills,develop subordinates;
