Responsibility: （該崗位工作時間為下午3點(diǎn)-晚上11點(diǎn)，周五周六休息，周日到周四工作） - Provide email and phone support. - Communicate with user and response the issues status. - Investigate the issues, try to find the root cause and solution. - Online troubleshooting. - Write the documents related to support work. Requirements: - Bachelor degree of IT or English, CET-6 and TEM-8 is preferred. - Fluent oral and written English - Familiar with the software development/test/support process - Well communicate skill - Technical business understanding. - Good knowledge of banking business would be better.
