Sample Comparison Ensure that samples are within strict tolerance of the provided comparison sample. Approves golden samples, influencer samples, customer samples. Sign approved samples as factory ‘golden’ sample. Must document all discrepancies between items and comparison sample. Item Documentation Assist with up keeping a database for all new Home Depot items. Instructions + Packaging Art Write English instructions for animatronic prop assembly. Proof-read instructions for animatronic prop assembly and packaging artwork. Provide bullet points for packaging art. Factory Inspections There will be business trips to other provinces in China may last up to a week at a time. Inspect factory mass production lines for flaws and consistency. Identify and document flaws and strengths at a factory. Customer Service Assist with responding to customer service questions and reviews. Assist with Customer Service Part monitoring. Prototypes in Product Development Must assist with the interpretation of US direction. Must assist with identifying issues and unmet revisions with prototypes. Showroom Management Ensure the showroom is always clean and items are working properly. Ensure documentation of showroom inventory is accurate. Monitor borrow status of items in showroom. Miscellaneous Tasks Must have willingness to provide support within the company where it’s needed. Must be flexible. For Example: Reorganizing a warehouse, assisting directly with Product Development, etc.
