Provide quotations to foreign clients, negotiate orders, and assist clients in completing order payments. 3. Collect potential customer information, understand and identify customer needs and requirement, present the advantages and features of our products, develop new customers, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. 4. Regularly summarize business information and related data, and report market dynamics to management in a timely manner. 5. Handle customer inquiries via email, chat applications, phone calls, etc., effectively follow up on inquiries and other customer information, and maintain good interactive relationships. 6. Follow up on order progress and coordinate smoothly shipment of goods. 【Requirements】 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of foreign trade, good knowledge of foreign trade processes, it is welcomed to have good experience with social media platforms (WhatsApp，Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) . 2. Bachelor's degree or above, with majors related to English, international trade, marketing preferred; fluent in spoken and written English. 3.
