The Inspector communicates quality issues directly to our team & the factory management, and works with the production teams to make sure that all issues are solved. 2.工作任務(wù) 質(zhì)檢員直接向我們?cè)谥袊?guó)的采購(gòu)團(tuán)隊(duì)匯報(bào)工作，負(fù)責(zé)在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中和生產(chǎn)結(jié)束后對(duì)客戶(hù)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，確保所有產(chǎn)品符合客戶(hù)的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 質(zhì)檢員直接與我們的團(tuán)隊(duì)和工廠管理層溝通質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，并與生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，確保所有問(wèn)題得到解決。 3.Tasks description ·Receive inspection documents and guidelines. ·Communicate closely with our merchandiser’ team about availabilities and schedules. ·Attend inspections according to the schedule required. ·Performing QC inspection as directed by the merchandiser’ team, using established company standardsand protocols. ·Preparing QC inspection reports, with a clear description of the defects found during the QC, and within the agreed timeline. ·Resolving specific product issues by collaborating with the factories’ production management, to identify root cause and implement corrective action. 3.任務(wù)描述 ·接收檢驗(yàn)文件和指示。 ·就可用性和時(shí)間表與我們的采購(gòu)團(tuán)隊(duì)密切溝通。 ·按照要求的時(shí)間表質(zhì)檢。 ·按照采購(gòu)員團(tuán)隊(duì)的指示，使用公司既定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和協(xié)議執(zhí)行 QC 檢驗(yàn)。 ·準(zhǔn)備質(zhì)檢報(bào)告，清晰描述質(zhì)量控制過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的缺陷，并在商定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成。 ·與工廠生產(chǎn)管理部門(mén)合作解決具體的產(chǎn)品問(wèn)題，找出根本原因并實(shí)施糾正措施。 4.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years in quality control inspections, preferably in the furniture industry. Knowledge of AQL standards, as well as relevant safety and quality regulations. Good command of English (spoken and written).
