Complete the document such as Supplier set up, Item set up（quotation）, technical document, etc based on customer's requirement timely and correctly. 掌握客人系統(tǒng)。按業(yè)務(wù)要求及時、高質(zhì)量的完成報價、產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文件等客人所需資料。 3. Fully understand company's internal system. Input order information into system per customer's PO and company's operation procedure accurately and place DN to 3PL timely. Give clear instruction and confirmation to 3PL on order and deliver details. 掌握公司內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)客戶訂單及公司作業(yè)流程準確錄入系統(tǒng)并下達給3PL指示送貨，就訂單和產(chǎn)品相關(guān)問題、細節(jié)及時作出指示及確認 4.Maintain good relationship with customer, 3PL and internal functional departments and facilitate solving relative issues. Analyze customer's needs and provide reasonable suggestions to fulfill customer's need. 維護客戶、3PL及內(nèi)部職能部門的關(guān)系并協(xié)調(diào)處理相關(guān)事務(wù)。分析客人需求給予合理建議以滿足客人需求。 5.Update WIP accurately and timely. Complete and submit invoices and other required document as per customer requested in time and follow up customer's payment until received in full. 準確及時更新WIP。正確及時的完成和遞交發(fā)票文件等各式日常文件并跟進確保訂單應收款項的收回。6. Major in Supply Chain Management or International Trade or equivalent experience in related field; 大?；蛞陨蠈W歷，供應鏈管理專業(yè)或國際貿(mào)易或有同等的工作經(jīng)歷② Work experiences: With one year experiences on big retailer would be preferable. 工作經(jīng)驗: 具有1年以上大型零售商跟單的經(jīng)驗。 ③Knowledge: Good understanding of International Trade. Understanding of supply chain management is prefered.
